Requirements:
CO massage license
Open mind and positive attitude
Attention to detail, hygiene, and cleanliness
Independent motivation and quick communication skills
Physical ability to work on the ground
Key Dates:
Sunshine Technique Training: Dec 2-8 (Investment: $1,500)
Winter Season Positions: Dec 9-April 9 (On-call, Part-time, Full-time)
Compensation:
Earn 30-70% commission on services
Keep 100% of tips (clients typically tip 20-30%)
Base pay for cancellations within 24 hours
Higher commissions for repeat clients, couples, and 4-handed massages
