The Recreation Program Specialist – Gymnastics is responsible for overseeing and growing recreational gymnastics programs within the Vail Recreation District (VRD). This position provides leadership in program development, participant and community engagement, staff supervision, and daily operations to ensure a safe, positive, and high-quality experience for all participants. Key responsibilities include instructing recreational classes, promoting new and innovative gymnastics programs, and assisting with facility and office operations as needed. The Recreation Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a fun, inclusive, and safe environment while maintaining VRD’s high standards of customer service and program excellence.
