Taking applications for a hands on assistant superintendent.
Qualities and experience needed are the following.
Able to read plans
Fill out daily reports for all trades and observation reports in Procore and Auto Desk
Understand and facilitate quality control for all trades
Be able to help Superintendent with daily activities, weekly work plans, and directing subcontractors.
Forklift certified
Multi family construction experience
General knowledge of all building systems (foundations, structure, enclosure, finishes, MEP)
Fill out time cards accurately
Abides by safety rules and regulations be able to manage subcontractors to enforce safety
Takes responsibility to stop unsafe work and keep jobsite free from trash
