We’re seeking a skilled Master Framer/Carpenter to join our team in Aspen, CO for custom home building projects. If you have experience building from the ground up, can read and execute blueprints with precision, and have the leadership skills to manage a crew of 8-10, we want to hear from you!
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in custom home building from start to finish.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of 8-10 crew members.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
Details:
Location: Snowmass Village, CO
Pay: $40-$50/hour (based on experience)
Housing: Provided
Per Diem: Not included
