What We’re Looking For:
Experience in wood framing and/or LP SmartSide, Hardie, or similar siding.
Own basic tools, safety gear, and reliable transportation.
Ability to work efficiently with a crew and meet deadlines.
Reliable and hardworking – quality and safety are top priorities.
Pay:
Framers: $25–$40/hr (depending on experience)
Siding installers: $22–$35/hr (depending on experience)
Higher pay for foreman-level experience or crews.
