Desired Qualifications:
High Country Customs is seeking an AWS certifiable welder with ability to fabricate from drawings. No current certificate is required, but candidate must be able to pass weld tests to become certified through High Country Customs & maintain continuity logs. A good candidate will have coordination & critical problem solving abilities, including the ability to run smaller projects with minimal foreman supervision, ability to assign tasks to project crews, gather supplies, coordinate with HCC office for installations, and all fabrication duties required for job completion.
