Irrigation Lead/Foreman ($20-$25+)
Landscape Construction Lead/Foreman ($20-$35+)+)
Flower Crew Lead/ ($18-$20+)
Snow Shovelers ($20+)
Snow Plow Drivers ($22+).
Laborers ($15+)
All positions come with specific duties and obligations. The more experience you have in your speciality; (2+ years in a lead role, 4+ as a foreman 5+ as a manager) the better. You need an evident commitment and pride in your work and most importantly an ability to work with others so they can continue the quality you teach them to produce.
