M&N Plumbing Supply Co is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be goal driven and aggressively self-motivated, constantly looking to exceed sales targets and is responsible for the continued growth of sales and distribution in the Colorado mountain region.
Primary Responsibilities:
Market the business to new clients in the Colorado mountain region
Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
Support team members in daily business activities
Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed and updated
Handle customer returns
Maintain product knowledge
The compensation for this position starts between $25 - $33 per hour depending on experience, with commission incentives available. We pay 95% of the monthly medical premiums for our employees, 6 Paid Holidays, and provide a matching 401k contribution. There are also opportunities for bonuses.
Qualifications:
Experience with kitchen/bath/home products and/or interior design
The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
Product Knowledge
Excellent communication and organizational skills
