Qualifications:
Proven experience in framing or general construction preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).
Willingness to work in and learn various construction disciplines.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
Willingness to learn and work with multiple construction types
Good understanding of basic math.
Good physical condition and stamina.
