Rent Oxygen delivers Oxygen machines to guests visiting the mountains (mainly the Vail Valley) that wish to rent oxygen machines to help them with the altitude.
It is an "on-call" type of job based in the Vail Valley (Edwards-Vail) that one can do from home, while running errands, on the hill, at the gym, etc. You'll be working independently. The catch is that you need to answer the phone right away, respond to e-mail messages from your phone, make deliveries in an efficient manner, have a professional appearance and report to your co-workers once or twice a day. You'll need your own transportation and be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
The position is part-time, 2 days a week / mid-week, most likely Tuesday Wednesday.
$50 pay per day on-call, whether you get a call or not
$15 per hour for hours you work
.50 cents per mile
$35 per delivery set-up
Calls would be routed to your cell phone. Some days there are no deliveries/pick-ups and other days maybe 3-5 deliveries. Most deliveries are in the Vail Valley. But every so often a trip to Summit county might be required. As you get paid mileage for these trips, the compensation is good.
