POSITION: Office AssistantDUTIES:
Provide courteous, non-discriminatory assistance to all tenants and/or
potential tenants.
A professional, congenial attitude towards all tenant and/or potential
tenants is required.
The duties and responsibilities of the Office Assistant include, but are
not limited to:
must keep all information confidential as sensitive and private information
will be present in the completion of duties.
In conjunction with the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant and
Leasing Manager, provide liaison services in answering telephone, greeting
customers at the window and taking messages for/in the office.
Provide necessary office functions to augment efficient time of existing
staff. These functions will include filing, necessary copying as directed,
compiling of applications and other office assistance as directed.
May perform necessary some/all recertification processes for annual re-certs.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background CheckOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of filing and filing systems.
Ability to perform multiple tasks within short periods of time.
Ability to maintain poise under stressful conditions.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
co-workers and tenants.WAGE: 15.00-17.00 per hourSHIFTS:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.JOB SITE: Sterling , COBENEFITS:
