Description:
We are currently seeking a 10+ year Construction Superintendent with experience managing pre-engineered metal building projects
This company specializes in the design and construction of corporate flight departments, fixed base operations, aviation completion and maintenance facilities, aviation paint hangars, and commercial facilities
Superintendent will be working on a pre-engineered metal building that is about $20M and the project will go for 14-16 months
Project is a hanger in Telluride, CO at the airport
If candidate is not local, this company will pay for per diem, lodging, truck, computer, and phone
Superintendents can go home once a month if not local

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a General Contractor
Experience managing ground up commercial projects
Experience managing site work and concrete projects
Experience on pre-engineered metal buildings
Procore experience preferred
