This is accomplished by planning, budgeting and implementing the programs funded under the Workforce Investment Act (WIOA), Wagner-Peyser, Trade Adjustment Act (TAA), and grants in the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium (CRWC). It provides employment services including labor exchange; and referral of applicants to job openings and placement assistance and addresses employability barriers, delivers quality customer -service to program participants, businesses, and the community.
