Description Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in Westminster in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk! The Accounts Payable Clerk position is paying $45,000-$55,000!The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
Resolves Purchase Orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment.
Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
2+ years of accounting experience
Manufacturing or distribution experience is preferred, but not required
SAP software experience is preferred, but not required
