If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.Key responsibilities
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Preside over and review general ledger
Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
NetSuite experience
Prepare Invoices experience
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
