As a Product Marketing Manager you will be working across different
organizational departments, including product management, sales and
marketing to drive the adoption and growth of Trimble estimating solutions for
MEP and General Contractors in North America. In this role, you will
represent the 'voice of the customer' by carefully researching customer
needs and assessing the customer journey from sale to implementation. Through
a comprehensive understanding of the industry, personas, and
competition, you will develop go-to-market strategies and differentiated
messaging that will enable our sales and marketing teams to effectively
communicate the value of our products and solutions.Build strong, inclusive cross-functional partnerships with colleagues from
diverse departments to support and execute on a variety of initiatives, such
as go-to-market and enablement activities, research, and product launchesConduct and gather quantitative and qualitative market research to to gain an
understanding of industry trends, customer needs, buyer personas and
competition to inform strategy and strengthen our portfolioWork in partnership with product management to influence and prioritize
roadmap and solution development, such as additional features or new
product development, to drive greater customer valueDevelop and execute comprehensive product go-to-market plansDrive and influence product pricing, packaging, and positioningDrive and create messaging and positioning documents and related collateral,
such as datasheets and brochuresPartner with the learning and enablement team to develop and execute sales
enablement strategy on our target audience, value proposition, and
offerings, including the creation of sales enablement materials and courses.Enable and collaborate with the marketing team to execute on key marketing
deliverables that effectively articulate value propositions and help drive
pipeline and bookingsCreate and maintain competitive analysis, market sizing and market
saturation for current marketsMake business recommendations from data analysis by creating presentations
derived from researchWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringBS/BA degree required, preferably in marketing or business5+ years in a product marketing or related roleExperience in the B2B software market and the construction industry is a plus
Solid written and verbal communication skillsStrong research capabilities with the curiosity and creativity to identify and
integrate new information into compelling, actionable analysis output
(presentation skills)Outgoing - able to conduct interviews, onsite customer visits and tradeshow
eventsCommunication skills (giving small group presentations, active
listening, ability to build understanding of the analysis, ability to give
