About the Job
Wage Range- $85,000 - $110,000 dependent on qualifications and experience

In this job you will be responsible for providing management, oversight, leadership and coordination of the Ska Brewing Accounting Department and be an active and important addition to Ska’s Leadership Team
Responsibilities
Oversee and perform daily operations of the accounting department, and manage the company’s cash flows
Maintain and control accurate inventories and costing
Complete Month and Year End procedures
Aid in tax preparation and deliver accurate documents to CPA
Submit payroll information every two weeks for Ska Brewing
Review and cleanup of General Ledger Accounts and proper flow of accounting data
Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions
Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt payments
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and regulations
Oversee, manage, mentor any necessary bookkeeping or AR/AP positions as needed
Provide overlap with Human Resources to administer benefits
Additional responsibilities may be assigned due to business needs
Our Ideal Candidate
Five years operational accounting experience with at least 2 years accounting management
Knowledge of and experience with Manufacturing Accounting
High level of integrity and good business instincts
Professional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Can analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality results and simultaneously manage several projects
