Seeking a reliable cleaner with an attention for detail and the ability to work within a time-frame. During the busier season (May-October) there are often room turnovers that need to get done between 11am checkout and 4pm check in. Flexibility with cleaning hours on days that aren't turnovers. 10-30 hours a week depending on the bookings that week and the season (busy season will generally be in the 20-30 range). Reliable transportation is necessary and we'd prefer you live in Durango. Weekend availability is a plus. We like friendly and kind people - many of our employees have become good friends. Prior cleaning / vacation rental experience is strongly recommended and preferred. All supplies provided.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable for guests.
Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
Floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
Timely and accurate communication with managers if repairs are necessary or other issues come up.
Rotating deep clean tasks such as ceiling fans, baseboards, windows, shower grout, etc.
