Wait staff- Prior wait experience is necessary. Possess willingness to expand food, spirit and wine knowledge. Must be polished and able to articulate menus. Wait candidates need to be willing to help other servers/ bus staff, expo, run food/beverages, flip tables, side work, whatever calls
Bartender-Possess same qualities as wait staff listed above. Also, be well versed in making classic cocktails with speed. Can multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a friendly and composed demeanor. Will be cross-trained to serve.
