This position is an opening for a cafe manager and this is a working manager role. This is a salaried position and requires the industry standard of 45-50 hours per week. Please ONLY apply if you have a professional resume, EXPERIENCE working in a management role at a restaurant or cafe/coffee shop and are comfortable with the flexibility required if and when staffing issues may arise. We need a self starter who is task driven and knows how to motivate and support their awesome staff to do their best. Developing your team so they can support your day to day management responsibilities is a key part of this role. A solid understanding of P&L, inventory management, food handling & health and safety experience is required along with the ability to schedule shifts to maximize payroll expense are all required.
