Historic Downtown Durango hotel, now hiring Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping and Bell Staff/Houseman.
Exec. Housekeeper - FT position that will encompass all facets of managing/scheduling/staffing 6-12 housekeeping/laundry staff. Experience in hotel/motel housekeeping and or maintenance is required. Experience managing at least 6-10 housekeeping staff, preferred. "White Glove" housekeeping procedures expected to be implemented. This is not an entry-level position and ideal candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, holidays and weekends. AAA 4-Diamond property.
Housekeepers - PT/FT housekeepers needed. Experience preferred. Must be familiar with basic commercial cleaning procedures. Position requires physical abilities that may include, bending, stretching, some lifting (50 lbs.) "White Glove" housekeeping in a timely fashion is expected. Will include holidays and weekends.
Bell Staff - PT/FT bell staff needed. Experience not required, but "hospitality" minded attitude a must. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays. This position requires occasional heavy-lifting, guest interaction, long hours on your feet and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Potential for advancement.
