Full Time Sous-Chef/Kitchen Lead (18.5-22/hr) + (1/4ish of all food tips which average about 5-7/hr. additional during slow season)
-Must take directions well
-Keep clean and organized workspace
-Food Handlers Cert in Hand
-Demonstrate knowledge of food safety handling
-Fast paced line
-Willing to adapt with growing business
-Keep your word and show up sober
-Long term candidate preferred
-Potential to grow into full-time Chef role and design menu/specials
30-50 HRS A DEPENDING ON YOUR FIT PER WEEK. READY TO TRAIN ASAP.
Experienced Fill-In Bartender (15/hr + 100% of specialty cocktail tips, split with FOH on beer/wine tips and 1/4ish of all food tips)
LOOKING FOR FILLER TO GET THEIR FOOT IN THE DOOR.
-Specialty Cocktail Experience is a Must
-Clean Presentation (we are going for country classy)
-Willingness to ID everybody, follow our guidelines and clean extensively.
