We work hard as we are very popular and our services ROCK, but the rewards are amazing! Our pay range/scale is $17-$25 depending on experience and skill level, with the following benefits: free ski pass program, paid vacation (after one year), medical insurance contribution, uniforms provided, dining discounts of 50% off in our restaurants, and more!!! We also offer employee housing, available on a first come first serve basis, to make your transition to Vail as easy as possible.
