Want to make a difference in an elderly person's life? Are you compassionate and caring? If yes to these questions, then Right By Your Side Home Care would like to talk to you. We need caregivers and homemakers to assist our clients. You would help with meals, assist with walking, perform housekeeping, assist with ADL's, etc.
Right By Your Side Home Care is a non-medical in-home care agency providing assistance to seniors, those recuperating from illness or injury, and those facing lifelong daily living challenges, and we are seeking compassionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:
*Have experience caring for others (preferred)
*Must be able to successfully pass a thorough background check
*Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance coverage
*Must be dependable/reliable, compassionate, honest and caring
*Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
The foremost qualification for becoming a Caregiver or Homemaker for us is the ability to care for others and the desire to make a difference in the lives of the clients you serve. Therefore, you must be client oriented, quality-minded and willing to proactively communicate with management to ensure that service expectations are met.
Training will be provided. No certifications required, but desirable. Duties may include bathing, dressing, grooming, assistance with walking, incontinence care, companionship, errand running, light housekeeping, preparing meals, laundry, medication reminders, transportation to doctor's office, and more. A very rewarding job helping people who need it the most.
