We are seeking an energetic, professional, full time experienced Receptionist to join our amazing team We are a fast-paced private dental practice in Cedaredge, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment.
Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments
Preparing patients charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies
Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service
Being able to Multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player
Additional administrative duties etc.
