Western Slope Memory Care is now under New OWNERSHIP and New MANAGMENT.

In August Western Slope Memory Care was purchased by a private ownership group from Lake Oswego, Oregon. Since the purchase the new owners have been working diligently with the current staff, residents and families to ensure Western Slope moves towards being the best Memory Care Community in Grand Junction!

What does this change mean to you: You, as the Executive Director will have the direct support and communication with us, the owners. You are not just a number on a list of communities that are being operated by a third party operating company, you are partnering with the owners on the operations of the community, you are participating in budgeting meetings as well as staffing plans and all the things a good Director knows communities need.

We are currently recruiting for a TOP notch Executive Director to lead our already amazing team. If this position is something you are interested in, this is what we are searching for:

- Someone that has the passion, heart, patience to ensure residents are being given the best possible care and respect during their aging process.

- A solid leader with a min 3 years of Administrative experience in senior living

- Understanding of ALR Rules, Regulations and Compliance

- Ability to lead a solid hard working team with passion, support and compassion

- Understand and Empathy for residents and families as they navigate difficult times

- Understanding of AR/AP as well as Budget Management and Oversight

- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug test

- 3 Professional References that will speak to your leadership, characteristics and tell us why we should make you a part of our team.

Compensation will be based on experience. Sign on Bonus available as well as quarterly bonuses. EEO
