Horseback Trail Guide – Placerville, CO – $130/day + tips (Full-Time, Seasonal)
We’re hiring a Horseback Trail Guide near Placerville, Colorado (just outside Telluride) for the summer season.
Pay is $130/day plus tips. Full-time work now through the first weekend in October.
No housing is available — you’ll need reliable transportation and local housing.
What we’re looking for:
Confident rider with solid horse experience
Friendly, professional, and good with guests
Able to saddle, feed, and care for horses
Physically fit and ready for full days outdoors
Comfortable guiding rides and keeping guests safe and happy
Self-motivated and dependable
Previous guiding or wrangling experience is a plus, but not required if you’re a strong horse person with the right attitude.
This is a great opportunity to ride good horses, meet great people, and work in one of the most scenic parts of Colorado.
