Job Summary:
-Short Term Vacation rental cleaning and Residential reoccurring cleaning
STR includes all laundry, dishes, organizing. Top to bottom cleaning of all homes alongside me or on your own after training.
-Able to follow directions, but also be a critical thinker. Creative to be best efficient with the time allotted to get the job done correctly, quickly and thorough.
-Must be able to work around dogs/cats in reoccurring
-Has to be professional work, high quality
-Polite, professional, positive attitude required; your energy inside the home is very important
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Dedication to the job is required- raises, tips and bonuses included with commitment
-This is a sub contractor position
-Having a decent car with good tires is required driving in the snow and storms is what we do
-Responsible to bring nourishing food for yourself and come with a working able body ready to get a sweat on and literally get a work out while you get paid
-Capable to keep up with your cleaning supplies I provide you for your jobs
I will reimburse you for cleaning supplies as you buy them. Receipts provided-a photo will do
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
