Compensation: $25–$35/hour starting, DOE (with raises as skills grow)

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our heating & cooling team as an HVAC Apprentice.
This is an entry-level position with paid, hands-on training — no experience necessary. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning a skilled trade that’s always in demand.
Requirements:
Must live in or near Durango, CO (reliable transportation required)
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Comfortable working with tools and your hands
Able to follow directions and work safely
Punctual and dependable
