Clayton Homes of Grand Junction is looking for Home Warranty Technician as an employee. The position requires knowledge and skills related to home construction and finish.
We are the nation's largest home builder specializing in factory constructed homes. Our Grand Junction home center will create home projects for over 100 families in 2018 throughout Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. This is a full time year around position with benefits from a Berkshire Hathaway Company.
Must be able to travel to home sites in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah
Organized, professional and great people skills
Warranty Service Technician must have valid Colorado drivers license.
Knowledge about factory built homes HUD/IRC codes a plus but not required
Able to work with Team members and other sub-contractors
Must be honest, reliable, problem solver, forward thinking and have common sense
