This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, learn new skills, and contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, vibrant landscapes.
Hours: Part or Full time options available
Season: April 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and installation of various gardens, including native, edible, and ornamental landscapes.
Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, amending soil, deadheading, organic fertilizer application, pest identification and control, pruning, digging, watering, and raking.
Qualifications:
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with team members.
Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to different tasks as needed.
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and work in all weather conditions.
Prior gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; a passion for plants and learning is essential.
We are a small company that strives to create and maintain environmentally sustainable, abundant and beautiful perennial and vegetable gardens in the Roaring Fork Valley. We work as a team, practice good communication and enjoy the work we do.
