MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL (RV PARK)
Location: Clifton, CO
Pay: $12/hour
Our company is seeking a top-notched Maintenance Personnel to oversee our 150+ space RV park, located in Clifton, CO.
This individual will be responsible for the overall maintenance, landscaping, and construction work for our property, and will work alongside two other maintenance personnel. We are looking for a team player.
This opportunity would be a good fit for someone who is easy going, and has a good aesthetic eye; we expect our property to be impeccably maintained.

>>> DUTIES <<<
Maintain park appearances by up-keeping common areas, restrooms and recreational areas, and keeping them free of trash/debris
Maintain all community landscaping: mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, etc.
Conduct monthly utility meter readings
Provide outstanding customer service to community members and vendors
Cover all community maintenance, including (but not limited to): light remodeling, painting, carpet, appliance repair, door installation, bathroom fixtures, light interior plumbing
Inspect property grounds and maintain property equipment daily
Ensure curb appeal is maintained to the highest degree at all times
Be, or become, familiar with irrigation

1+ years maintenence experience
Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work with all types of individuals
Must multi-task and be able to properly prioritize tasks
Knowledge of irrigation huge PLUS!
Previous experience in light remodeling
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
Attention to detail and high standards in regards to community aesthetics
Self-starter needing little day-to-day supervision

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday
Must VALID drivers licenses
Be available for emergencies
