OVERVIEW: As a perennial bed/flower gardener you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, pots, and other garden structures. This position requires a team player, with a can-do attitude and organizational skills. Glacier landscaping is hiring full-time and part-time summer seasonal positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Perennial bed maintenance
Shrub pruning
Planting annual and perennial plant material
Watering flower planters
Raking beds free of debris
Pulling weeds
Dead heading
Fertilizing
Debris Hauling
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record (Required)
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic machinery operation skills are preferred
3. Must be able to participate in virtual interviews and virtual training sessions with reliable computer and internet connection
4. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
5. Ability to work in an environment that has constantly changing priorities
6. Includes long periods of walking, standing, bending, and carrying items
7. Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
8. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
9. Have a can-do and team-oriented attitude working in a team
