We are looking for a reliable Maintenance person to join our RV park maintenance team which oversees all repair and upkeep operations of the company’s landscaping and facilities. A great maintenance person will have a solid understanding of landscaping and irrigation systems. Electrical and plumbing knowledge a plus. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are in good condition for our onsite tenants.
Responsibilities
- Landscape, mowing, weeding, leaf pick-up, irrigation
- Plumbing and electrical
- Dispensing propane (we will help with certification)
- Must be available to work weekends (schedule will be set and discussed with right candidate)
Skills
- Experience in maintenance or construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be team player
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: 8 hour shift
