Sunshine Building Maintenance, Inc. provides janitorial services to hundreds of client's all over the state of Colorado. We are looking to add a trustworthy, reliable individual to our team in the Grand Junction area.
Job Location: Clinic, Grand Junction, CO
Job Title: Janitor / Cleaner / Custodian
5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
Flexible hours (Between 8pm and 4am) - 1.5 to 2 hours per night
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping floors and mats
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Trash removal and replacement of liners
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Clean and disinfect surfaces
- Place orders for cleaning supplies and consumables (TP, paper towels, soap)
Requirements:
- Must pass background screening
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smart phone capable of running a time keeping GPS application
