CNC Programmer/Machinist – Full-Time

Location: PJ Machine (In-person)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4/10 workweek)

PJ Machine is a small, fast-turn, high-precision machine shop using mostly Haas equipment. We serve customers across defense, aerospace, and automotive industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Define tooling and program complex geometry using Fusion 360.

Set up, operate, and inspect parts to meet order requirements.

Ensure work orders are completed on time and within cost targets.

Mentor and support less experienced machinists.

Maintain high standards of quality and precision.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience (preferred).

Proficiency with Fusion 360 and Haas equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Regulatory Requirement

This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information. Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by 22 CFR §120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $20-$30 DOE

Bonuses/Variable Pay: Occasional overtime available
