- As an Administrative Specialist, you will serve as the administrative coordinator for the entire solar construction site.

- Administrative specialists role will involve supporting the QA/QC Manager, EH&S Manager, Site Manager, Superintendents, and Project Managers on a large solar project.

- Specialists will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including data entry, inventory tracking, weekly/monthly reporting, coordinating meetings and schedules, and assisting with material orders and deliveries.

Pay/Schedule

- up to $30/hr depending on experience

- Paid weekly

- Monday - Friday

- 40 hours/week

Qualifications

- Previous experience working as an admin on a construction site OR junior level project engineer
