About this Job
This is a seasonal, full-time position in the outdoor adventure and tourism industry. We are looking for a detail oriented and task focused individual who is responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented. Experience in management, sales, retail, and customer service are all a plus as is experience in the outdoor industry. Strong computer skills are a must. Compensation is based on considerations like commitment, attitude, reliability, industry experience, and industry standards. This position would start in early April and goes through mid September with opportunity for part-time work over the Winter. It requires candidates to be available weekends and holidays. Fun and faced paced work environment!
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Utilize computer skills for scheduling, communication, and maintaining records.
Maintain and work with B2B relationships.
Work on product development and quality improvement.
Participate in or oversee marketing projects.
Work with other managers, owners, and office team members to enhance the overall customer and employee experience.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned DOE and your interests and strengths.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent communication and management abilities
Sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or outdoor recreation sectors
Proficiency in computer skills relevant to office management
A love for outdoor recreation and Southwest Colorado!
