We want to add a Personal Assistant/web manager to our team. Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant is preferred but not required.
Personal Assistant with excellent organizational and time management skills. Primary tasks include managing daily orders, billing, organizing all office paperwork (No accounting experience needed), and cleaning. Additional tasks include managing part orders and maintaining our website inventories.
Knowledge of craft coffees is preferred but not required. Hourly position with a flexible schedule. 10 Days Paid Time Off, Simple IRA.
