A Storage Place is now seeking a personable individual to help at our busy Grand Junction self-storage facility. We are seeking a full time employee that is self-motivated, flexible with scheduling and has excellent customer service and sales skills a +. Applicants must be at least 18 as we deal with legal binding contracts. Weekends and Background check required.
Job details:
answering multi-line phones professionally and courteously, showing /renting/cleaning storage units, collections, cash handling, general maintenance including cleaning vacated storage units, yard work (weed pulling, general maintenance), ice and snow removal, we do have heavy equipment for use in removal of ice/snow, but must still use physical labor. Computer skills are a plus as our software is internet based.
Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday Saturday and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday, you must be available to work at any time during these hours.
