multifamily new construction in Western Colorado. Management of construction projects
includes:
- Regular communication with office staff and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors
- Maintain build schedules and budget cost management
- Coordination with all local governing bodies to ensure compliance and proper inspections
- Construction knowledge to ensure quality and proper construction techniques and quality control
- Warranty and customer service follow-up
- Ability to problem-solve issues in the field
- Must know basic building codes and not be afraid to put on a toolbelt if needed
5 years of construction management experience is preferred. Part-time hours to start. Future business ownership options are offered.
