Position Overview :
We’re seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter/Remodeler to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is a kind, generous team player with versatile expertise in nearly all types of residential repairs and construction. You’ll contribute to our high-end projects, including new builds and remodels, ensuring every detail meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry, custom woodworking, and cabinet installation.
Handle residential remodeling tasks, from structural repairs to aesthetic enhancements.
Collaborate on new construction and high-end remodel projects.
Work closely with clients, architects, and our team to bring visions to life.
Maintain a positive, supportive work environment aligned with our family-oriented values.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, and finish work.
Ability to handle a wide range of repairs and tasks with precision and efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-end quality.
Kind, generous personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation is based on experience (DOE), ranging from $25-32 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
