Floral Production & Prep Assistant (Full-Time, 30+ hrs/week)

Do you enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a creative, supportive team? A boutique floral studio in Ridgway, is seeking a dependable and motivated Production & Prep Assistant. No floral experience is required—we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities:
Prep and condition flowers for daily arrangements
Assist with basic floral assembly and production tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Help with delivery prep and occasional physical tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and being on your feet
Positive attitude and team player
(Bonus) Basic computer or iPad skills
Schedule:
30+ hours per week
Monday–Saturday, 10am–4pm (some flexibility during busy periods)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
