Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and install a wide variety of gardens, including native, edible, and ornamental landscapes.
Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, amending soil, deadheading, applying organic fertilizers, pest identification and control, pruning, digging, watering, and raking.
Ensure that gardens are cared for with precision, keeping an eye for detail and design.
Interact professionally with clients and coworkers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.
Uphold high standards of efficiency and quality in all tasks.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of professional gardening experience is required.
An understanding of garden design and an appreciation for detail is highly valued.
Passion for plants and gardening, combined with strong organizational skills.
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and work in all weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with both clients and team members.
Experience with native, edible, and ornamental gardening is highly preferred.
