Seeking a .75- Full time Lead HVAC Tech to join our growing team in southwest Colorado.
The Lead Tech would possess a fundamental understanding of HVAC systems & comprehensive understanding of how to diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems (i.e. mini-splits, conventional forced air systems, package units, make-up air units, rooftop units, chillers, etc.) Lead tech would be responsible to install, maintain, and repair systems, in a face-paced environment. Attention to detail and customer service skills are essential. Competitive compensation based on verified, relevant work experience and performance in the field.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
Proven leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Mechanical aptitude
Valid driver's license
Up-to-date HVAC certifications strongly preferred (e.g., EPA 608)
