General handyman work needed to maintain self storage facility. General all around experience including carpentry, electrical, drywall, landscape maintenance, and painting needed. Part time with 20 hours per month guaranteed. Need tools and truck. Must be dependable and able to pass background check. $25-$35/Hour depending on skills.
