Laborer
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Hours: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm (Hours May Vary)
Overtime Required: At Times
Salary: Depending on Experience
Requirements: At least 5 hours of hands-on labor experience, no fear of heights, ladder experience,
ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, OSHA 10 within
designated time period of hire
Preferred: Bilingual
Education: High School Diploma
Reports to: Foreman
Application and Reference Required.
This position will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:
Roof load (minimum 75lb lifting requirement)
Roof prep
Moving materials as needed
Job site clean up
Other duties as assigned
Position: Journeyman
Position Type: Full-Time

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years field trade experience, 8,000 hours as a Journeyman in specified trade, extensive knowledge of
all roofing systems, management skills, able to take/give direction, no fear of heights, ladder experience,
ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, ability to measure with accuracy, OSHA 10 within designated time
period of hire, clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
Preferred: Bilingual, OSHA training, forklift/manlift certifications, tools
Education: High School Diploma
Reports to: Foreman
