The maintenance work is fast-paced detail work in ornamental perennial garden beds; mostly by hand, not power tools. This position will also install new landscapes, which entails careful, detailed grading for rain gardens and the planting of flowers, shrubs, and smaller-sized trees.
The ideal candidate is committed to supporting a drama-free workplace; they are a reliable, hard-working, fun, respectful and flexible team-player who can also work independently. Although, knowledge of plants and gardening is helpful, we prioritize hiring people whose values and approach aligns with ours, and who are looking to expand their gardening and management skills.
Starts at $19 an hour. Full & part time positions available, full days mandatory.
