IMMEDIATE HIRE: Project Coordinator for a growing, fast-paced new construction home builder based out of Grand Junction, serving the Western Slope of Colorado.
Project coordinator will perform some or all of the following duties:
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Plans and HOA and permitting process
- Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule change orders
- Prepare progress reports
- Must work well in a team-driven environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word applications
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans
- Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience Preferred:
- At least 2-4 years of new construction experience or in related field
