IMMEDIATE HIRE: Project Coordinator for a growing, fast-paced new construction home builder based out of Grand Junction, serving the Western Slope of Colorado. MUST SEND RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Plan, schedule, organize, and evaluate projects from start to finish
- Plans and HOA and permitting process
- Project admin, including cost control, schedule change orders
- Prepare progress reports
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word applications
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Close attention to detail
